Jaden was very personable and professional. Communication leading up to the installation was very good. It was great to see these young men taking great pride in their work. Price was very good for this pre-planned installation. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use Just Tanks in the future.
Our Company
Plumber backed by years of local experience
Just Tanks is a Lake County-based water heater installation company built around one idea: you shouldn't have to overpay to get a new tank put in. We skip the fluff and focus entirely on hot water tank installation and replacement. That's the whole job, and we're good at it.

Our Story One thing we do,
One thing we do,
done right
Just Tanks was built on a simple observation: most companies charge way too much to replace a hot water heater. Jaden Engel saw the gap between what the job actually costs and what homeowners were being billed, and decided to do something about it. He launched Just Tanks to offer Lake County homeowners a faster, more affordable option without cutting corners on the work.
We do one thing, and we do it well. Just Tanks installs and replaces hot water tanks. That's it. No upsells, no service contracts, no repair calls we're not set up for. Because we stay focused on installation and replacement only, we keep our costs low and our process clean.
That focus is what keeps our prices honest. When a company tries to do everything, overhead adds up fast. We keep things lean so you're not paying for services you didn't ask for. You need a new water heater installed or swapped out, we show up and get it done.
We serve homeowners and property managers across Lake County, including Mentor, Painesville, Concord, Madison, Willoughby, and Eastlake. Whether your old tank finally gave out or you're upgrading before it does, we're available around the clock. Our 24/7 availability means you're not stuck waiting days for hot water.
Just Tanks is a local, owner-operated business. When you call, you're talking to the person doing the work. There's no dispatch center, no runaround. Just a straightforward conversation about what you need and when we can get there.
If you're in the Lake County area and need a water heater installed or replaced, give us a call at (440) 867-1575. We'll give you a straight answer on price and get your hot water back on as fast as possible.
